DR. KRONER’S MAGIC WATCH

ABOUT

Who hasn’t wished, at least for a moment, to stop time in order to manage everything just as they imagined? A young clerk, I. V., is given such a chance—when the peculiar old watchmaker Dr. Kroner lends him a magic watch that can suspend the passage of time for one whole month. Suddenly, he can fulfill all his duties and passions without the world around him moving forward by even a second. But will he truly find happiness? Will he waste the extra time? And will he manage to return the watch to its owner? What price will he have to pay for the time he has borrowed?

As part of our repertoire for young audiences, we now offer a work aimed at older schoolchildren—a musical that won great acclaim at its world premiere in the Intro ’21 project.
