Diakonie ČCE – středisko Západní Čechy

Diakonie Západ is one of the centres of Diakonie ČCE and has been active in the Pilsen Region for more than 30 years. It provides 10 types of registered social services as well as additional activities and supports more than 6,000 clients annually.

Its work focuses on specialised services for people with severe autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and multiple disabilities. Diakonie Západ excels in comprehensive care for at-risk children and their families, supports people facing difficult life situations or crises, accompanies young people on their path to adulthood, cares for seniors and foster families, and offers preventive programmes for schools and the general public.

Through its subsidiary Možnosti tu jsou o.p.s., Diakonie Západ employs people with physical or intellectual disabilities and engages in social entrepreneurship.
