ABOUT THE PLAY

Action puppet slapstick comedy about little heroes from the Žižkov neighbourhood.

"With immediate effect, this football match is suspended due to the kidnapping of three female fans from Pilsen. All players and fans will immediately retire to their parents' homes, who will keep an eye on them. There is an imminent danger of kidnapping. Parents whose children do not return home are urged to report to Mr. Pašek at the police station. Fur buying is cancelled until further notice. End of announcement."

About the theatre:

DAMÚZA is a production and producer unit from Prague, supporting innovative theatre artists and ambitious projects of students and graduates of the Theatre Faculty of the Prague Academy of Performing Arts. Our work focuses on devised theatre, especially puppet, visual and object theatre for children and adults.

We provide young aspiring artists with the opportunity to realize their own theatre projects and gain experience in the field. To professional artists, we offer an opportunity for independent work outside brick-and-mortar theatres - creative freedom and room for experimentation and self-realization.
